Seasoned entrepreneur and business development specialist with 12+ years of expertise in structured finance, renewable energy, and carbon asset development.
Combines deep experience in corporate, trade, and project finance with proven capabilities in de-risking projects, converting project risk to credit risk, and pioneering off-balance-sheet funding solutions.

Current Past Executive Director of Ghana’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).He previously served as National Coordinator of the Ghana Landscape Restoration and Small-Scale Mining Project. With over a decade of experience, he is a public health specialist and implementation research expert. He has led large-scale projects focused on reproductive health, youth empowerment, and gender-based violence across sub-Saharan Africa.He is also the founder of Youth Harvest Foundation Ghana and a strong advocate for public health and human rights.

Reginald is a Senior Research Scientist and Head of the Forests and Climate Change Division at CSIR-FORIG.He holds a PhD in Plant Ecology and multiple postgraduate degrees in Forestry and Environmental Science.His expertise spans climate change, ecosystem restoration, agroforestry, and biodiversity conservation.Dr. Guuroh is also pursuing a law degree and actively contributes to international vegetation science platforms.

Bismark is a development communication expert, lecturer, and media strategist with over 10 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, event management, and teaching. He is Head of Communications at Eco-Bliss Climate Ltd and lectures at the University of Education, Winneba. He has consulted for the World Bank, MOTAC, and the African Cinema Summit. His research covers health communication, intersectionality, and media in development. He is a member of IAMCR, IPR-Ghana, and other academic bodies.

Joseph is a development professional with 12 years of experience in project design, monitoring and evaluation, and tech-driven environmental solutions. He has worked on MEL tools and landscape projects across Africa and Asia-Pacific, especially in cocoa, coffee, and tea sectors. He holds a master’s in environment and natural resource management and a certificate in organisational leadership. Joseph is currently finalizing a PhD on landscape changes and ecosystem services in Ghana’s cocoa forest areas.

He is a Research Scientist (Agronomist) at CSIR-SARI, Wa, Ghana, and a PhD candidate at KNUST. He specializes in legume and cereal agronomy, soil fertility, and post-harvest technologies. Yahaya has coordinated major agricultural projects including AVISA, SIL, and USAID’s cowpea scale-up initiative. His work supports climate-smart agriculture and capacity building through farmer training and skills development.

Ransford is a part-qualified ACCA accountant with over ten years’ experience in manufacturing, quarry, and real estate sectors. He has held key roles including Financial Controller at Eco-Bliss Ltd and led finance and audit functions across multiple companies in Ghana. Ransford specializes in tax systems transformation, cost management, internal controls, and forensic auditing. Known for his technical expertise and leadership, he has driven financial efficiency and growth while supporting senior management and governance.

Godwin is a Soil Scientist with extensive experience in analyzing, classifying, and managing soil systems for sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and land development. Skilled in laboratory and field analysis, GIS-based soil mapping, and sustainable land use planning. Proven record of leading research and training programs, supporting policy development, and collaborating with local communities and international partners to address climate-related soil degradation and promote food security

Emmanuella is an Energy Engineer and Climate-Energy Specialist focused on energy access and transition. Her experience spans research, policy, energy economics, climate change, sustainable development and implementation with SEforAll, KNUST, and MECs funded programs. She is MSc degrees in Energy Economics and Climate Change & Sustainable Development. She is also a UNFCCC Technical Expert Reviewer of Biennial Technical Report. She has led solar PV cook stove innovations and supported international climate and energy initiatives across Africa

Jesse is a renewable energy and environmental engineering expert with experience in bioenergy, water quality, and data analytics. He is a Partner at Enreport OY (Finland) and has led energy projects across Africa, focusing on biogas optimization and smart mini-grids. He holds MsC degrees in Renewable Energy Technologies and Climate Change & Sustainable Development. He is certified in energy performance, data science, and environmental management, with a strong research and technical background.
